Average Fare
I had to laugh at all the disparate comments about this show. It seems you either love it or you don’t. I don’t lean either way. But I do agree
...
with some that the brass doesn’t add anything to the evening. In fact, it detracts for me. The addition of horns in WRS > Let It Grow just isn’t my cup of tea. I agree with Tie-Dyed Tom about the nice transition from Eyes to Stella. The strangest thing is seeing BIODTL at the end of the show? That's very different. It’s a pretty mellow show overall. Reminds me of ‘74's laid back aura. It’s unfortunate to have the AUD splices in Bertha and audio problems in El Paso, Ramblin' Rose, and Don't Ease (which had to be cut out completely). Bird Song is nice. Jamsonly and NisselZayango are correct about the show - it’s an average three stars. With all the audio problems, maybe a little less so? But I'll be generous. And I absolutely agree 100% with Hampton87. I am totally and completely spoiled by The Archives. ;^ )
